Students welcome back!

We are excited to see familiar faces again, and welcome new ones! The class will be co-taught by: Associate Professor Kermit Bailey and Adjunct Professor Victoria Chi.

There are a wide range of studio activities planned – projects, exercises, and relevant lectures / presentations. The studio will be nimble, and draw upon our collective and individual insights. You will be assigned into short term collaborative work groups at first, and then self-select into a final project collaborative team of three. Your final design team will propose a unique design concept that integrates branding, interaction, and service design – as design system.

Finally, In your pursuit of branding, interaction, and service design, I encourage you to envision work that is worthwhile – that can live in the world, and add value to people’s lives. Your professors and peers will be here to support you at each step along the way.
